DUO Steak & Seafood - Full Island Buffet at Four Seasons Maui at Wailea
In April 2023, we stayed at the Four Seasons Wailea in Maui. While at their main restaurant, DUO Steak and Seafood, we had the ‘Full Island Buffet’ breakfast. The breakfast buffet had high quality food, wide variety, and overall was delicious. Come join us with your empty stomach and fill up on this delicious and luxurious meal! At the start of the buffet we found a nice selection of cheeses, sliced deli meats and smoked salmon. There were fresh fruit like pineapple, papaya and watermelon - the pineapple being our favourite.
Granola, cereal, yogurt and an acai station were also available.
A cook was present to make made-to-order: French Toast, Pancakes, Waffles, Omelettes and eggs. The pancakes were very delicious and we appreciated that each day they had a different special pancake or waffle flavour with toppings.

There were many different pastries and breads; our favourites were the danishes and croissants. The selection changed daily. There was also a good selection of breakfast meats - be sure to get the bacon, it was great. The eggs benedict changed everyday and was also very delicious, be sure to include that in your breakfast.
Ramen and congee were also available to customize to your own desire.
The restaurant, like the lobby area, is open concept so brace yourself for birds and other friends wanting some of your food- though they won’t bother you unless you leave your plate unattended.
We enjoyed the outdoor dining as the views were great - facing towards the pool and parts of the beach. The staff were very professional and welcoming, they did an excellent job.
