Too Good To Go - Eataly ($6 for $16.50 worth of produce!)

Another produce haul from Too Good To Go! Unfortunately, this was not as good as our last produce haul from Eataly. We paid $5.99 for over $16 worth of produce which was not a huge 'Wow value' bag but we still got great produce we enjoyed.

Too Good To Go is a mobile application that connects customers to restaurants and stores that have surplus unsold food. Eataly is an upscale Italian market that also is home to several restaurants located in Toronto.

Lets explore our haul!

The Good:

Like always, the entire experience of 'Too Good To Go' is outstanding from start to finish. In this adventure, we purchased Eataly's 'Produce' bag, like our last visit to Eataly.

The Bad:

Despite this not being a overwhelming bag in terms of value for money, and a few over ripen bits; it was actually quite a decent bag.

The Delish:

The products in this bag are familiar to us with the exception of the escarole which is similar to lettuce but bitter. When its cooked it reduces the bitterness and tastes like a mix of lettuce and collard greens. The blueberries were very fresh and flavorful.

The NimNimNim (Cream of the crop) :

Unfortunately, nothing blew us out of the water in this bag but as mentioned in our past Eataly produce bag post - with the cost of groceries ever increasing, this bag was well worth it!

2 Cucumbers - $2.80

Escarole - $3.90

Blueberries - $4.90

Tomato Medley - $4.90

💰Total: $16.50💰
💸We paid: $5.99💸
🤑That is a $10.51 savings!🤑
