Too Good To Go - Pusateri's Haul ($7 for $43 worth of Food!)

One of our most memorable hauls from Too Good To Go! We paid $7 for over $43 worth of delicious bread and pastries!

Too Good To Go is a mobile application that connects customers to restaurants and stores that have surplus unsold food. Pusateri's is an upscale grocery chain in the GTA. We visited the Yorkville location.

Our entire haul

The Good:

The entire experience of 'Too Good To Go' is outstanding from start to finish. You have to be quick on your fingers to grab a bag as there are many others looking to scope out the same amazing deals. In this adventure, we purchased our first 'Pusateri's' bag for $6.99. The pickup was right at the cashier and was quick and easy.

The Bad:

Nothing! There was a minor labeling miss with one product though that may have been intentional (just a plain bun - but it was very delicious!)

The Delish:

All of the pastries and bread we received in this haul were amazing. The volume itself is a bargain for $7 (One loaf of the bread was already more than $8 alone!). Some of the products we would not purchase again at the regular sticker price but bearing in mind that Pusateri's is a higher end supermarket, the prices are reasonable.

1. Surprise of what you will receive

As foodies, a large variety of items is exciting. Not knowing what you will receive and trying some items you would not normally purchase is an exciting surprise that awaits each bag.

2. The value of your purchase

Where else can you pay $7 and walk out with $43 worth of food? The quality of the food was 'near-freshly-baked', and for what we could not finish eating on the day of acquisition, we froze and that kept it just as great.
